Tuan K. Tran, Co-Founder and Chairman
Tuan oversees the strategic development of Bridger and also serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Nhip Cau Corporation JSC, Bridger’s member firm.
He has a Master’s degree in Marketing summa cum laude from Georgetown University in Washington D.C., the United States.
Kien T. Bui, Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Kien manages the overall operation of Bridger and leads our business advisory and due diligence services.
Prior to Bridger, Kien served as a Special Agent with the rank of Captain at the Department of Economic Security, Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam, where he assumed various duties in Financial and Investment Security Division and Strategy Division. Before that, he worked as an independent consultant to a number of prominent companies in Vietnam.
Kien graduated magna cum laude from American Univesrsity’s Kogod School of Business in Washington D.C. with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has an LLB in Economic Law from Hanoi Univesity’s Faculty of Law. He is currently enrolled in the dual-degree Master of Science in Banking and Finance from ESCP Business School and Paris Dauphin University.
Phu V. Nguyen, Co-Founder and Partner
Phu leads our banking and finance services.
Prior to Bridger, Phu had more than 10 years experience in the banking sector, working for various commercial banks, such as: Head of Corporate Customers at Dai An Branch of South East Asia Commercial Bank; Deputy Head of Corporate Customers at Le Chan Branch of Vietnam Industry and Commerce Bank (Vietinbank).
Phu has both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Corporate Finance from the Academy of Finance in Hanoi.
Hoang Van Thoi, Manager, Training and Human Resources
Thoi leads our human resources service and manages our operation in Japan. Currently, Thoi serves as Director at HIP Vietnam and Japan Link – our human resources platforms. He also led our investment in HPC Vietnam Investment.
He has an engineering degree from Ibaraki University in Japan.
Ly K. Phan, Manager, China, Taiwan and Hong-Kong Business Services
Ly manages our consulting services to Chinese, Taiwanese and Hong-Kong clients.
Ly has more than 5 years experience in the international relations field.Prior to joining Bridger, Ly was a international cooperation consultant at Startup Vietnam Foundation. Before that, Ly served as Lieutenant at the Department of Peacekeaping Operations, Ministry of Defense.
Ly has a Master’s degree in Public Policy from George Mason University in United States and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Renmin Univeristy of China.
Ly K. Phan, Chief Financial Officer Manager, Finance Practice
Prior to Bridger, Trung had extensive financial and accounting experience working for foreign companies in Vietnam, including: Chief Accountant for TrueMoney Vietnam and Ascent Technology Vietnam, Deputy Chief Accountant for Taxi Group and Chief Accountant for HNC Express. Trung has an undergraduate degree in corporate finance from Academy of Finance in Hanoi.
Thinh T. Pham, Banking Specialist
Thinh has more than 10 years experience working in the banking sector, most recently serving as Deputy Head of Corporate Customers under Asset Management and Restructuring Division of Public Vietnam Commercial Bank (Pvcombank). Prior to that, he worked at Viet Nam Industry and Commerce Bank and PetroVietnam Finance Corporation. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Law from Hanoi Law University.
Tran Van Quyet, Legal Consultant
Quyet leads our Business and Investment Law practice.
Prior to joining Bridger, Quyet worked as an investment lawyer at a number of law firms in Hanoi such as: Khang Thai Law Firm and Tue Anh Law Firm. He obtained a Bachelor of Law in Economic law from Hanoi Open University’s Faculty of Law and a Diploma in Legal Practice from Judicial Academy of Vietnam. He also has an undergraduate degree in petro-gas engineering from Ho Chi Minh University of Industry.
